655 Union is a 13-story, 200,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Gowanus, Brooklyn, developed in partnership with Avery Hall and acquired in 2019. Built as part of the Gowanus upzoning initiative, the project features 193 luxury rental residences and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, currently anchored by Bank of America. This ground-up development blends upscale residential living with dynamic commercial opportunities in a rapidly evolving neighborhood, with additional retail tenants to be announced as leases are finalized.
