BLVD, a major new retail and dining destination on the Las Vegas Strip, was developed by Gindi Capital in partnership with the Cherng Family Trust. The 400,000-square-foot, three-story complex features 700 feet of Strip frontage and a 110,000-square-foot rooftop terrace designed for dining and events. BLVD will host flagship retailers and eateries including Adidas, H&M, Puma, JD Sports, Pandora, and the second-largest In-N-Out Burger location.
Gindi Capital acquired the 9.5-acre site in 2019 and teamed up with the Cherng Family Trust to bring the project to life. BLVD is positioned to become the largest standalone retail destination on the Strip, offering a distinctive open-air shopping and dining experience.
