Located on Miami’s iconic Ocean Drive, The Villa Casa Casuarina is a 23,000-square-foot Mediterranean Revival mansion transformed into a luxury boutique hotel. Acquired in 2013 in partnership with Jordache Enterprises, the property features 10 opulent suites, 11 bathrooms, and a 54-foot-long mosaic pool adorned with 24-karat gold tiles.

Originally built in 1930 and famously owned by Gianni Versace, the mansion retains much of its original grandeur, including lavish interiors and intricate mosaics. Guests can dine at Gianni’s, the on-site restaurant offering Italian-Mediterranean cuisine in a setting that overlooks the ornate pool and courtyard.
